About Me

Mind Above, PLLC (Professional Limited Liability Company) is an outpatient mental health therapy practice that was founded in 2019 by Jeremy Fusco, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Texas and a U.S. Air Force Veteran. Fusco brings a diverse background to the arena of mental health to include working with PTSD, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Military, Veterans, Mood, Distress, Adjustment, and more.

Features: Origins of anger, communicating vs. demanding, and how-to ‘woosah’

ADAPTIVE MIND - POSITIVE MIND-FRAMING

Features: Positive thinking, acceptance, understanding, and self-care

Support group focused on addressing challenges faced by LGBTQ+ Community.

First Responders - Fire, Police, & EMT

Support group focused on addressing first responders to promote coping with stress, compassion fatigue, and mindful awareness.

Trauma Support

Support group focused on addressing trauma and healing of each member.

Creative Processing

Support group focused on embracing creative outlets such as journaling, art, meditation, and mindfulness practices to increase coping skills.

Anger Management

Learn to utilize effective coping skills and ways to communicate without distress. This 12-session, progressive training culminates with a completion certificate and improved abilities in addressing anger.

Military & Veterans

Support group focused on addressing life as a Military member and Veteran experiencing challenges transitioning to civilian life. Discuss coping with PTSD, moral injury, and adjustment.

PTSD Support

Support group focused on addressing PTSD and ways to find healing and satisfaction moving forward.
